I think the building definitely is interesting...I find myself getting stuck with the idea of getting a view is only accomplished by huge walls of glass..but I've been playing with the idea of framing views on my project. I would offer this as an idea to look at. Sometimes experiences are richer if views are selected, screened, or even denied.
I really like your design and how you are trying to give viewers optimal views, though i would most definitely agree with Seth, i think this could be done better if you were to select views that engaged the observers to look at specific views so as to allow the architecture to control perception.
