My final drawings for the polar bear center

I couldn't get my board layout to load so here are the individual drawings on my board. All in all I enjoyed this project. It was interesting learning about Churchill and looking at all of the beautiful pictures of the location. I wish for my final presentation I had included more of the details and random things I thought about with my center early on in the project. This was the first project I've used sketchup and revit for, so hopefully for the next project I'll struggle a little less figuring out how to make things look the way I want them to.

  1. Great Project and details! I like the weathered wood you used in the exterior of the building.

  2. I really like the south and west elevations..with the contrast between glass and the darker material, different roof heights; I think these elevations are the best views of your building. I also like how you extended the timber frame structure past the interior walls to the exterior, it makes the use of wood more apparent.
